You'll work in a collaborative environment where your recommendations and insights can directly influence operational performance and strategic decision-making.A role you will loveAs a Data Analyst - Operational Performance, you'll partner closely with Operations leaders and executive stakeholders to turn data into insight and action. This role goes beyond standard reporting. You'll anticipate business needs, identify trends, and develop dashboards and analyses that support operational efficiency and decision-making.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, uncovering trends within complex data sets, and delivering actionable recommendations that help teams improve performance.Other key responsibilities include:Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and scorecards focused on operational performance, efficiency, volume, quality, service levels, and capacityCreating scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting toolsAnalyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunitiesTranslating business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendationsProactively identifying insights and opportunities for leadership teamsPartnering with Operations, Process Improvement, and Technology teams to enhance data quality and usabilityCreating concise, executive-ready reporting and summaries that clearly communicate findings and recommendationsEstablishing and maintaining standard definitions, metrics, documentation, and reporting governanceSupporting operational teams through reporting, analytics, and performance measurement initiativesWhat will you bring to the role?Required:3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teamsHands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platformsStrong SQL experienceAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholdersAbility to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracySelf-starter able to operate effectively with minimal directionAbility to anticipate business needsStrong communication skills for executive audiencesPreferred:Financial, banking, or operational analytics experienceExperience supporting operations, fulfillment, or shared services environmentsKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma conceptsRewards designed for youPaid parental leave, flexible working and a caring and inclusive cultureHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including paid time off, observed holidays, medical, dental and vision plansInvest in your future with 401k matching, setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuterIncome protection Our package includes short and long-term disability benefits, life insurance and supplemental life insuranceCompensation. The typical base pay range for this role is CAD $67,608.80 - $101,413.20 for Toronto, ON, $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 for Frisco, TX, and $66,500.00 - $99,750.00 for North Palm Beach, FL. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.And more.
