Remote Healthcare Support Specialist

Optum

Optum Insight is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience to our members and providers by answering questions about eligibility, claims, and payments in a national remote setting. You will handle 50 to 70 calls per day, work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm MST, and participate in ongoing on-the-job training with a focus on compassionate, accurate support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
