Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer-Focused Inside Sales Representative at TLC Supply in Braintree, MA. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners, contractors, masons, and landscape professionals to help guide them through their hardscape and masonry projects. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, estimating materials, preparing quotes, coordinating deliveries, and processing orders. The role also involves answering product questions, recommending solutions based on project needs, and providing a high level of personalized customer service and support. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working as part of a friendly, team-oriented environment where customer experience truly matters. Qualifications Experience in retail sales, inside sales, customer service, or a related field Skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Familiarity with construction, hardscape, or masonry products is a plus, but not required Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, business, or related fields is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr TLC Supply Inc.
