Emergency Medicine Physician Nocturnist
\n Saint Joseph Emergency Department Denver, CO

Saint Joseph Emergency Department in Denver is seeking a Nocturnist Emergency Medicine Physician to join a respected, physician-led team. This modern, community-based facility offers in-house lab and advanced imaging (CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) to support efficient, high-quality care.

\n

Facility & Coverage Details

\n

EMR: Epic
\n Approximately 117 ED patients per 24 hours
\n 24-hour physician coverage
\n Nocturnist shift: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM (9-hour shifts)
\n 58 licensed hospital beds
\n 10 Fast Track beds
\n Residents in the ED
\n APP coverage overlaps into the evening until 1 AM
\n Hospitalists manage admissions
\n Onsite lab and radiology services available
\n Low transfer rate (~2%)
\n Physician-led, collaborative environment

Physician Requirements

• ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible
\n
• ATLS required
\n
