Tax Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Consultant to provide expert advice and support to individuals or businesses regarding tax planning, compliance, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations and the ability to deliver accurate and timely tax solutions tailored to client needs. Strong face to face communication skills are required. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on tax planning and compliance issues. Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Conduct in-depth tax research and interpret tax laws and regulations. Identify legal tax savings opportunities and ensure optimal tax liability. Assist with audits and liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and industry trends. Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to develop integrated financial plans. Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and financial transactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred). Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a tax advisor, consultant, or similar role. Strong knowledge of tax code and compliance procedures. Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
