Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Wilmington, NC
Position Type: FT/Part Time & PRN (Skilled – Weekday)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Wilmington team.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while embracing our mission and values.
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence in daily living and functional activities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
- Support a positive and encouraging clinical environment aligned with our Christ-centered mission
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in North Carolina
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for patient care and functional rehabilitation
- Previous outpatient or skilled experience preferred (but not required
