The Work, Week to Week Here's what the work actually looks like. You own your projects with 100% responsibility for their success. You build the master schedule at contract issuance and update it monthly, folding in your Site Manager's 3-week look-ahead. You run the billing cycle, manage project accounting from setup through closeout, and drive the change process — logging issues, issuing RFIs, tracking trade partner quotes, and executing owner change orders every month. You lead OAC and progress meetings, assess risk before it becomes cost, mentor your project team, and stand as the primary contact for the clients who matter most. Within 60 days of completion, you run the post-project review — schedule, budget, profitability, lessons learned — and share it with the team so the next one is better.
