Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $20-$23 +10% Shift Differential

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM–3:00 AM

(Training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift)

Hiring experienced assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves mechanical assembly, reading blueprints, quality inspections, and supporting production goals.

• Assemble components and subassemblies from drawings and work instructions
• Perform assembly line and production work
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and support process improvements
• Train and assist less experienced assemblers
• Follow all safety and quality standards

• 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Assembly line experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Lean manufacturing experience
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment

• Modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility
• Standing, walking, and assembly work throughout the shift
• Occasional overtime on Fridays

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.
