What You'll Do

• Deliver independent, routine, and complex nursing care to a diverse patient population with respiratory, sepsis, and multi-morbidities
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor patient responses
• Document patient history, symptoms, and care activities accurately
• Assess and educate patients and families on health needs and treatment plans
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective patient care strategies
• Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

What You Need

• Current RN license in Texas or via compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of related nursing experience in MedSurg/Telemetry
• Ability to work independently and handle complex patient cases
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
