Inventory Manager (Position #6806990) Experience: Manager Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year Responsibilities Oversee and manage product inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct regular inventory audits and generate detailed reports on inventory status. Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to optimize inventory control procedures. Implement effective inventory management strategies to prevent discrepancies and shortages. Use inventory management software to track inventory levels, deliveries, and shipments. Coordinate and manage the activities of staff involved in inventory control. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Identify potential inventory issues and devise plans for their resolution. Train staff on best practices in inventory management. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, if certified. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in Accounting + Finance industry. Forklift certification preferred but not essential. Proficiency in inventory management software. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and team management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Solid understanding of data analysis, inventory management, and forecasting techniques.
