What You'll Do
As a Hourly Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations while developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuine Southern Hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Team Members.
- Lead shifts while maintaining Bojangles' standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
- Build a positive culture where team members feel valued and respected.
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Maintain food safety and operational excellence every day.
- Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and energy.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of restaurant management experience preferred.
- Recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred.
- Experience managing labor, food cost, scheduling, and restaurant operations.
- Breakfast and drive-thru leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for serving people.
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
