Production Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 25 to 30 members in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role involves working the 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am and requires the ability to work some Saturdays as needed. You will report directly to the Production Superintendent and focus heavily on KPI tracking and root cause analysis, spending 90% of your time on the floor and 10% on administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of 25 to 30 production members.
- Focus on KPI tracking and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage production operations on the 3rd shift, from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
- Perform 90% on-floor duties and 10% administrative tasks.
- Work some Saturdays as required to meet production demands.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision.
- Strong skills in production, assembly, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and supervisory skills.
- Experience with KPI tracking and root cause failure analysis.
- Ability to handle situational, leadership, and KPI-related interview questions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A degree is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management.
- Experience in process improvement and safety management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr. 401(k) plan: Retirement savings plan featuring a brokerage option. Stock programs: Employee stock purchase and ownership programs.
