Trillium Drivers is now seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to assist in their recruiting efforts in the Philadelphia area. The Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for managing the driver onboarding process, with a strong focus on compliance, training, and driver experience, to ensure branch is maintaining an available pool of qualified field staff employees with the marketable skills necessary to meet client needs within assigned market. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Completes and maintains all documentation processes as required by company policy and federal or state regulation for field staff employees including new hire and I-9 forms, reference checks, social security number verifications, criminal background checks, employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, and any other documentation required by the client site within a timely manner. Coordinate with team members on driver onboarding progress, open orders, available drivers, pipeline and forecasting. Develops and manages a talent pipeline that aligns with the client’s needs and requirements. Maintains accurate records of applicant traffic through entries in the pay/bill system. Provides great customer service to TDS field staff, branch staff and clients in a professional, confidential and timely manner while maintaining the integrity of Trillium guidelines, policies and internal controls. On-boards top talent for open positions within the division to build a strong candidate pipeline. Reliable and dependable attendance is an expected essential function of this position. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and this is an onsite, in office position. The pay is $52-58k/year.
