Executive Recruiter

Ascendo Resources, a Certified Minority Owned Staffing Firm, is expanding their NYC office and seeking a full-desk Recruiter. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in finding new clients, growing existing client relationships, and finding exceptional candidates within Accounting and Finance division. This dual-focused position is essential for generating revenue and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through business development and client relationship building.
• Identify candidates in various skill sets to meet client requirements.

Skill sets may include Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Admin/Clerical, AP, AR, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations etc. in Entry level thru C-Suite experienced roles

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
