Executive Recruiter – Hybrid – New York, NY LHH Recruitment Solutions, part of the Adecco Group, is hiring an Executive Recruiter to manage full‑cycle direct‑hire recruitment for senior‑level positions in finance and accounting. What you’ll be doing Develop client accounts and generate new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Partner with clients to analyze hiring needs and design custom recruitment strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Build and maintain expertise on target industries, clients, and roles. Screen resumes and conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews. Negotiate fee agreements with clients and complete placement correspondence. Maintain candidate pipelines and manage new business development. Tour client sites to gain full understanding of their goals. Track assignment and candidate data in tracking and order systems. Execute temporary employee programs and onboarding processes. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates. Network within professional associations and industry contacts. Respond to candidate, temporary employee, and client inquiries. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. About you Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting senior‑level talent or equivalent industry experience. Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of professional experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain working relationships. Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality. Strong organization and multitasking skills with commitment to deadlines. Problem‑solving skills with creative solution implementation. Business acumen and market insight. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
