Learn more at What You'll DoThe Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience while helping scale CoreWeave's rapidly growing organization.## About The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team. This is a highly visible, candidate-facing role with a hybrid work schedule that includes coordinating and supporting onsite, in-person interviews.You will own interview scheduling and logistics, maintain accurate recruiting data across systems, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys creating a smooth, thoughtful experience for everyone involved.### Key Responsibilities* Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to ensure seamless scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution.* Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every interaction is timely, polished, and aligned with CoreWeave's values.* Manage job postings and requisition creation in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate-facing information is accurate and launched correctly.* Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across systems, including Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace, and related tools.* Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, interview logistics, and onsite support throughout the process.* Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that help the team scale effectively.## Who You Are* 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a closely related function, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.* Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.* Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.* Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-through.* A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.* Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.### Preferred Qualifications* Experience supporting technical recruiting teams.* Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools.* Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives.## Why CoreWeave?At CoreWeave, we work hard, move fast, and continue learning as we grow.
