Associate Director, Regional Information Security Awareness Lead

If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Regional Information Security Awareness Lead to join our Global Technology and Knowledge Group which is part of KPMG International organization.Responsibilities:Support Regional Security Hub & RISO in advising member firms on the implementation of KPMG information risk and security standards / requirementsAssist the RISO and member firm security representatives to plan and execute regional cyber adoption campaignsAid the Regional Security Hub & RISO and member firm security representatives to establish and maintain cyber dashboard to be aggregated across the regionEnsure that regional security adoption and awareness program communicates the security policies and requirements so that people know, understand and can follow themIdentify the top human risks to the organization and the behaviors we need to change to mitigate those risks; develop and maintain a security awareness program that effectively changes these behaviors, so the employees act in a secure manner, reducing the most risk to the organizationEnsure contextual and security awareness information is updated on regular basis and reflects the latest security standards, trends and threats; structure and maintain this program to be long term.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience in working in a corporate environment with at least two years of experience in management positionBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree in computer science, information security, information systems, computer engineering, or a related field is requiredMinimum of at least one industry certification (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISAAP) requiredExperience in successfully planning and managing information security awareness projectsSignificant ongoing involvement in information security industry / professional organizations or comparable programs to demonstrate current cyber security expertise and trend awarenessExperience in working in matrix management environmentApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
