Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Analyst collaborates with Market Unit teams, the Reyes Holdings (RH) Analytics team and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor and drive operational improvement to in- outlet orders.
• Collaborate with Market Unit teams to provide support to daily predictive orders
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency
• Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports
• Support process improvement projects of significant scope and ad-hoc performance analysis as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
