Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: August 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Medical Surgical ICU at a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform and assist with advanced procedures including CRRT, intubations, and line placements
• Operate and monitor patients using Philips bedside monitors and Alaris infusion pumps
• Document all patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurse externs and a free-floating charge RN
• Adhere to patient experience standards in alignment with ICARE principles and float as needed per hospital policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Ability to meet scheduling requirements per contract FTE minimums
• Navy blue or black scrubs required per dress code policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with CRRT, intubation support, and central line placement assistance
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records
• Experience working in a high-acuity medical surgical ICU environment
