Termite Inspector/field representiveAs a Full-Time Termite Inspector/Field Representative at Horizon Termite Control Inc., you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding homes and businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections to identify signs of termite activity, such as mud tubes and damaged wood, both inside and outside of properties, including attics and crawl spaces. You'll assess the severity of infestations and the resulting structural damage, ensuring accurate treatment recommendations. Detailed reports documenting your findings, complete with diagrams and treatment suggestions, will keep property owners informed.
Building strong client relationships through clear communication and addressing their concerns will be key to ensuring satisfaction. Additionally, you'll maintain your inspection tools and navigate a variety of outdoor conditions, making every day unique and engaging.
What we're looking for in a Termite Inspector/field representiveTo excel as a Full-Time Termite Inspector/Field Representative at Horizon Termite Control Inc., you will need a diverse skill set and specialized knowledge. A Field Representative Branch 3 License is essential, demonstrating your expertise in pest control regulations and practices. Strong observational skills will enable you to spot the subtle signs of termite infestations, while attention to detail is crucial when assessing structural damage.
Effective communication skills are necessary for client interactions; you'll need to clearly explain findings, recommend treatments, and build rapport with property owners. Knowledge of safe pesticide application is also vital, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Familiarity with inspection tools and software will help you maintain accurate records and generate comprehensive reports.
