ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative with Claudia Alarcon State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Process billing Inquires, payments, and reinstatements. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow all agency compliance procedure. Participate in team training and contribute to smooth office operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Active California Property and Casualty License Previous customer service experience preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
