The Clinical Nursing Supervisor assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families and care partners. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes. Qualifications Job Requirements: Education requirements: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred. Work experience requirements: Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred. Required licenses/certifications: Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months). ENPC preferred. Required skills, knowledge and abilities: Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
