$60–$70 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time

You'll provide early childhood intervention services directly to young children in their natural environments, helping them grow, learn, and thrive. This mobile position allows you to deliver relationship-centered care while working within a localized geographic area throughout Rochester and surrounding suburbs. You'll work directly with preschool-aged children in their homes and community settings, providing physical therapy services that support early childhood development. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, family-centered care. Your caseload will be organized within a defined geographic area to maximize your time with children and families while minimizing travel.

• Active New York State Physical Therapy License (required)
