Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility and grounds safe, functional, and welcoming. This role is essential in maintaining a comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring. Safely operate hand and power tools with accuracy and care. Conduct routine inspections and address minor repairs promptly. Assist with groundskeeping, seasonal tasks, and general facility maintenance. Help ensure the facility remains safe, clean, functional, and compliant with applicable standards. Qualifications Proficiency with basic hand and power tools. Hands-on experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring. Ability to assist with groundskeeping and seasonal upkeep. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
