Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Onsite – Pittston, PA

Schedule: After training: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule at 6-month permanent conversion: 2 days remote

Overview

We’re hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to support a fast‑paced, inbound sales environment focused on helping small businesses secure the right coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a customer service and sales experience who thrive on high‑volume interactions and performance‑based success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and provide accurate quotes for business insurance products
• Guide customers through policy options while ensuring clarity, compliance, and a positive experience
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and policy issuance

Top Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of experience in a sales role
• 2 years of equivalent higher education (degree not required)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Additional Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (must obtain or be open to obtaining if not licensed)
• Prior insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Self‑motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
