Chief Operating Officer Innenausbau / Messe / Event (m/w/d)

Die Mission – Der Leader!
- Mitwirkung bei der Definition der Unternehmenspolitik und –ziele, verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und Umsetzung
- Nachhaltige Massnahmenergreifung zur Erreichung der kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Unternehmensziele
- Überwachung des laufenden Geschäftsbetriebs, der Kostenentwicklung und der Ergebnisse
- Agiles Führen und Verantwortung für die Bereiche Projektmanagement, Planung, Personal und Finanzen am Standort
- Planung, Steuerung, Organisation, Qualifikation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Sicherstellung einer leistungsfähigen Personalstruktur, Personalverantwortung für die unterstellten Mitarbeiter
- Organisation und Optimierung firmeninterner Abläufe (Prozesse)
- Durchführung von Erfolgskontrollen, Überwachung der Projektentwicklung
- Forcieren von Innovationen, Betriebsmittel- und Investitionsplanung
- Mitwirkung bei betriebsinternen, auch strategischen Projekten
- Verantwortlich für die Arbeitssicherheit am Standort
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und allgemeine betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sind notwendig
- Qualifikation: Abschluss als Techniker oder Studium der Architektur, Wirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen aus den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Holz-, Metalltechnik oder Bau, (alle m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in den Branchen Innenausbau, Event oder Messebau oder artverwandten Branchen
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, auch agil, Überzeugungsfähigkeit
- Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung in Kombination mit einem überzeugendem, jedoch ruhigem Auftreten
- Gutes kommunikatives Verständnis gepaart mit der Eigenschaft des guten Zuhörens
- Pragmatische Ausrichtung, Hands On Mentalität, Flexibilität
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Belastbarkeit sowie ein gut ausgeprägtes logisches Denkvermögen gehören zur persönlichen Ausstattung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Reisebereitschaft
