Data Entry Processor

Captial Bookkeeping
:
Excellent phone and communication skills
- Courteous phone and email etiquette
- Ten-key a must, will practice.
- Typing ability (45 wpm min) will practice
- MS Excel is absolutely required will practice.
- MS Word required
- Prior Bookkeeping experience welcomed, will negotiate
Willingness to learn programs and internal processes related to our bookkeeping office
High School Diploma or GED
Applicants experienced in income tax preparation and who have been tested and licensed by the IRS are highly encouraged to apply
Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish is welcomed but not required.
Work hours: Monday through Thursday 8 am - 500 pm Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Compensation Start $18.00 per hour, will increase by $1.00 within one year of employment guaranteed.
Dress code is office casual, office appropriate, no tank tops, yoga pants or shorts, no flip flops or shredded jeans, no outrageous piercings.
Please be aware that you will be applying for a full time 40 hour a week position, 90 day probationary period will be imposed, attention to attendance and work ethic will be monitored. All and any questions specific to the job will be answered at the time of interview.
