Come build that future at Cresta.About the role:We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager, Healthcare to own and scale Cresta’s positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for the Healthcare industry. This role reports to the VP of Product Marketing and will play a critical role in shaping how Cresta positions, sells, and grows in one of our most strategic verticals.Responsibilities:You’ll own the development and continuous refinement of Cresta’s positioning and messaging for the Healthcare industry, translating our platform capabilities into clear, differentiated industry narratives that resonate with buyers, operators, and executives at payers, providers, DSOs, and retail health organizationsYou’ll help establish Cresta as a thought leader in Healthcare, shaping the market conversation around the future of AI-powered patient and member experience through strategic content, industry events, analyst engagement, and customer storytellingYou’ll develop and maintain deep buyer personas, advancing our internal understanding of Healthcare-specific pain points, priorities, compliance requirements, and decision dynamics to ensure our messaging drives relevance and confidence in dealsYou’ll partner closely across product, sales, solutions, and marketing, serving as the connective tissue to build and execute Healthcare-specific go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growthYou’ll bring new product capabilities and innovations to market through a Healthcare lens, leading vertical launches and creating the sales enablement and supporting materials needed to drive adoption and impactYour deep understanding of what drives our wins and losses across Healthcare will help you provide a data-driven point of view to influence product roadmap priorities, sharpen our positioning, and optimize our vertical strategy over timeYou love to move fast, get your hands dirty, and solve open-ended problems, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help Cresta win in HealthcareQualifications:At least 7 years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience, with deep domain knowledge of the Healthcare industry (payer, provider, or both)Domain expertise in the regulatory and compliance considerations that shape how Healthcare organizations evaluate and adopt AIExperience managing cross-functional or cross-team projectsExcellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settingsExcellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysisBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience, and AI AgentsOperational experience in Healthcare patient access, member services, or revenue cycleExperience in hypergrowth scale-upsCompensation at Cresta:Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography.
