Define and deliver the overarching strategy, audience journeys, and operational roadmaps for premier executive forums, bespoke experiential activations, and high-touch relationship programs.Drive intelligent, executive-ready storytelling, keynote decks, and thought leadership frameworks tailored to foster meaningful dialogue between C-level leaders and internal VP+ hosts.Orchestrate complex workstreams across enterprise sales, marketing, PR, and product, maintaining rigorous discipline over master timelines and speaker alignment.Partner closely with enterprise sales teams to synthesize executive discussions into actionable market insights and commercial acceleration materials.Synthesize key themes, peer discussions, and industry challenges from executive engagements into actionable debriefs, talk tracks, and follow-up collateral that support a holistic, ongoing executive journey.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.9 years of experience in product marketing, executive communications, brand strategy, or experiential marketing.Experience in cross-functional project management.Experience developing and executing C-suite programs and executive content.Preferred qualifications:Experience curating executive level speaker agendas, briefs, and high-touch attendee comms.Experience collaborating with enterprise sales organizations to connect executive engagement programs directly to pipeline velocity and relationship depth. In this role, you will act as a key operational engine and strategic partner, bridging big-picture C-suite relationship strategy with end-to-end execution to elevate brand and accelerate enterprise pipeline.We are seeking a versatile participant a strategic orchestrator who pairs a sharp executive presence with relentless operational grit.
