Keller Williams Palos Verdes is seeking a dynamic Front Desk & Agent Services Manager to serve as the heart and operational engine of our premier real estate Market Center. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our office—delivering white-glove service to high-net-worth clients—while simultaneously acting as a key partner to our real estate agents by providing onboarding, technology support, and administrative guidance to help them grow their businesses. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & First Impressions Operations White-Glove Hospitality: Greet clients, agents, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and elegance. Office Management: Oversee daily office aesthetics, handle incoming/outgoing communications, manage mail/deliveries, and maintain conference room schedules. Administrative Command: Keep office inventory stocked, manage vendor relationships, and support team meetings and training logistics. Agent Services & Onboarding Seamless Agent Onboarding: Guide new and transferring real estate agents through the offboarding/onboarding process, ensuring system setup from Day 1. Technology & Platform Support: Assist agents with Keller Williams technology systems (KW Command, MLS access, and digital signature platforms). Retention & Growth: Serve as the primary point of contact for agent inquiries, fostering a supportive, high-energy office culture focused on agent productivity. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in real estate operations, high-end hospitality, or corporate office management. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (real estate platform experience is a strong plus). Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
