Registered Nurse (RN) Surgery

About the Team Our Surgery Department embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care. It serves patients from neonatal to geriatric. How You'll Contribute as a RN Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Requirements Applicants must have a current state RN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required. ACLS and PALS are required. One year of experience is preferred. ASLS certification is preferred.
