Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical

Job Overview The position offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and is open to new graduates. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Castleview Hospital, you will provide specialized care to patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric, within a collaborative Med/Surg Department during a vital mission to improve community health. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments. Qualifications Current state RN license. Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification. ACLS and PALS certifications. One year of experience preferred. ASLS certification preferred.
