Claims CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate supports the end-to-end claims process by reviewing, processing, and tracking inbound claims while ensuring clear and timely communication between claimants, internal teams, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers. They respond to phone and email inquiries, research claim details, monitor workflow tasks, and identify irregularities that may require escalation or corrective action. Through accurate documentation and strong customer service, they help deliver a smooth, consistent claims experience for all stakeholders.
