Responsibilities Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests. Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks. Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services. Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. nteracts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner. Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. Cash handling experience required. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
