The role
USHealth West Palm is growing, and we are looking for an Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team in the Palm Beach area.
You do not need previous sales experience. What you need is confidence, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn. Whether you are a recent graduate, moving on from hospitality or customer service, or simply looking for a fresh start, this could be a great opportunity to build a long-term career.
In this role, you will work directly with clients, helping them understand their health coverage options and supporting them throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and talk them through available health coverage options.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage accounts and keep in touch with clients when needed.
- Provide a helpful and professional customer experience.
- Take part in regular training and development.
- Learn from experienced team members and leadership.
