Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in California
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong background in healthcare, school-based, or home health OT
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and establish effective treatment goals
• Deliver direct therapeutic services individually or in small groups
• Develop intervention strategies and adapt activities for student success
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate staff and families on therapeutic methods and at-home strategies
• Travel as needed between school sites
