Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Background working in home health or healthcare settings a plus
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and pediatric therapies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ academic and functional participation
• Contribute to IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and appropriate documentation
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to modify classroom activities and support student independence
• Engage families and caregivers to extend learning and therapy goals beyond the classroom
• Adjust interventions to align with student progress and evolving educational requirements
