ROADHOUSE CINEMAS OFFERS BENEFITS, VACATION TIME,FREE MOVIES & POPCORN!Sous Chef - ScottsdaleDuties include, but are not limited to:Food Preparation: Responsibility for plating, cooking and the presentation of food using established recipes and guidelines.Inventory: Conducts weekly inventory and works with head chef in orderingSystem Management: Handles data entry and management systems including ordering, inventory, scheduling, and using computer systems to execute tasks and manage food and labor costsTeam Performance: Assists with the hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, providing performance management and team member disciplineKitchen: Ensures proper maintenance, operations and usage of kitchen equipment.
