Physical Therapist (PT)

Role Overview: A Physical Therapist in an acute care hospital setting is responsible for evaluating and assessing patients' strength and mobility deficits, delivering rehabilitation services according to an established plan of care, and documenting services in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with medical teams, patients, and support systems to promote safety and independence. Provide effective, efficient rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs. Ensure accurate and prompt documentation of all services provided. Qualifications & Skills Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility. Degree in Physical Therapy and current CPR certification. Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care setting. Strong communication, leadership, and patient relationship skills. Ability to exercise mature judgment, analyze problems, and demonstrate professionalism. Commitment to treating patients and families with dignity, compassion, and respect. Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads.
