Job Title Associate Project Manager EI Main Responsibilities As an Associate Project Manager, you will collaborate with your manager to analyze, plan, and execute project activities per customer and company specifications. This role supports project bidding and ensures detailed follow‑through to completion. Project Support – support the manager in ensuring adherence to customer and Schindler requirements; assist with service & maintenance projects post contract execution; monitor job financial performance, track invoices, order parts, process payments; facilitate project scope, prepare fixed‑price repair paperwork, and track changes in SAP. Payroll, Inspections & Compliance – assist with preparation and submittal of payroll, schedule inspections with local government authorities to ensure compliance. Quality, Safety & Manpower – ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements; coordinate scheduling of manpower to meet budget commitments; flexibility to balance office and fieldwork. Education Minimum Degree – Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Experience 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in a related industry. Other Requirements Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes or similar applications; Prior experience in sales or operations functions; Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Excellent Communication Skills Required. Salary Base Salary $90,300 – $112,900. The range may be revised based on experience, education, location, and alignment with business priorities.
