Be LOVE is rapidly expanding and seeks a hands-on People Operations Manager in our New York in-office location. You will own end-to-end recruiting across functions, partner with hiring managers on roles, and build onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes. You will report directly to the founder and scale the operations as we grow beyond current size. You will implement SOPs, HRIS workflows, and multi-state compliance, while maintaining an exceptional candidate and employee experience in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Be LOVE™
