Finance Manager

Titus-Will Automotive Group is one of the largest, family-owned dealership groups in the South Sound, serving customers across Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland since 1938. We’re currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Tacoma-area stores and play a key leadership role in our Finance & Insurance team.

This position is ideal for a results-driven F&I professional who values compliance, customer experience, and collaboration, and who’s ready to help drive strong financial performance across the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve dealership sales and profitability goals within Finance & Insurance


• Review, process, and submit financing applications accurately and in compliance with lender and regulatory requirements


• Present financing and protection products clearly, explaining terms, conditions, and benefits to customers


• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners to secure competitive financing options


• Ensure all F&I documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner


• Stay current on federal, state, and industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices


• Address and resolve customer questions or concerns related to finance and insurance


• Analyze F&I performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions


• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and dealership information


• Lead, mentor, and support finance team members as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred, but not required


• Automotive Finance & Insurance experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of automotive financing processes, compliance, and regulations


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


• Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative, team-first mindset


• Proficiency with F&I software and dealership systems


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused


• Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical business practices


• Valid driver’s license
