Minimum Requirements

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Proficiency in documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.
• Client requires experience with geriatric populations and mobility assessment preferred.
