Position Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/18/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts) Shift: 8-hour shifts Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility, including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and documentation. Assist patients in recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions.
