Senior Manager, Medical Policy Deviation & Governance
Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Medical Policy and Pre-Payment Policy deviation governance, ensuring rigorous review, documentation, and compliance across requests. You will partner with Product, Plan Sponsor, Provider Network, Clinical, Coding, Compliance, Legal, and Operational teams to assess requests, determine policy applicability, and support data-driven decisions.
