This is a visible leadership opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, leading a high-performing team, and balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on business partnering.Supporting a large population of professionals, you’ll help shape talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance while serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with leaders across Technology, Product, and related business functionsAdvise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership effectivenessLead performance, talent review, and succession planning processesCoach leaders through employee relations matters, organizational change, and business transformationManage and develop a team of two HR Business PartnersPartner with Centers of Excellence across talent, compensation, employee relations, inclusion, and people operationsUse workforce data and people insights to support business decisions and talent outcomesDrive key people initiatives aligned to business prioritiesFoster an inclusive, high-performing cultureAct as a hands-on HR partner on complex employee and labor relations mattersWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experienceExperience supporting technology, engineering, product, digital, or innovation-focused organizationsPrior people leadership experienceStrong employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching capabilitiesExperience working within unionized and non-union environmentsTrack record partnering with senior executives and influencing business decisionsExperience operating within complex, matrixed organizationsStrong analytical skills and comfort leveraging people data to drive recommendationsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionThe Right PersonExperience within technology, software, digital, media, product-led, or innovation-driven organizationsComfortable operating in sophisticated HR environments with complex stakeholder groupsExperience supporting engineering, technology, or product teams through growth and changeCredible with senior leaders while remaining approachable and hands-onStrong coaching and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levelsAble to navigate complex employee and labor relations matters with sound judgementEnjoys being embedded in the business and acting as a true strategic partnerWe’re looking for someone who combines executive presence with genuine approachability.
