Ihr Aufgabengebiet Unterstützung und maßgebliche Gestaltung bei der Definition des Steuerungskonzeptes zum konsistenten und kaskadierten Herunterbrechen der Ziele der Operations-Strategie Verantwortung über den kontinuierlichen Auf- & Ausbau sowie Verankerung der kaskadierten Operations-Steuerkreise zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Abweichungen, proaktiver Eskalation und transparenter Follow-up-Struktur Verantwortung über die Definition und Bereitstellung der Reportings, Kennzahlen & Templates für die Operations-Steuerkreise Organisation sowie Moderation von übergreifenden Performance-Reviews auf regionaler und funktionaler Ebene Verantwortung für die Klärung, Interpretation und prägnante Aufbereitung punktueller Fragestellungen zu Reportings, Kennzahlen und Analysen im Kontext "Performance-Management" Ansprechpartner sowie primärer operations-interner Touchpoint samt koordinierender Klärungsverantwortung zu Fragen von Stakeholdern im Kontext "Performance-Management" Mitwirkung/ Definition von Anforderungen an Stammdaten sowie Hilfsmittel für die Selbstverwaltung mit den entsprechenden Stakeholdern Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Performance-Management oder Controlling sowie KPI-Steuerung, Reporting und Datenanalyse Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie unternehmerisches und ergebnisorientiertes Denken Kommunikationsstärke, Stakeholder-Management und Erfahrung in der Moderation von Gremien Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift #J-18808-Ljbffr MAPAL Dr. Kress SE & Co.
