Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Compression Flow Technologies Business Unit in Enon, OH or Burbank, CA . In this role, you will collaborate closely with our HR leadership to drive HR initiatives, supporting both salaried and hourly employees. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, and will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects. Responsibilities: Recruitment : manages onboarding process including pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, orientation, HRIS entry HRIS : Maintains Success Factors Human Resources Information System employee database and files. Communication/Training : Deploys HR plans, processes, programs and policies aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management/acquisition, goal alignment/performance management, employee engagement and communications Partnership : Collaborates with local HR business partners to share best practices, critical needs issues, and local site and sector initiatives.
