We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations at our Sidney, Ohio facility.

HR Admin Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with onboarding activities, new-hire paperwork, and orientation.
• Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and employee data entry.
• Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR team member.
• Help coordinate employee communications, training, and engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and complete general administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

HR Admin Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
• Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with I9's and I9 audits
