Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM; Tuesday and Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM

The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Responsibilities include delegating and directing therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and peers. The therapist operates within safety standards, ensuring both patient and employee safety while adhering to professional conduct and compliance guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to progress patients towards discharge.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner following clinic policies and procedures.
• Participate in the student program as required, guiding and evaluating students.
• Engage in continuous professional development and maintain licensure.
• Follow performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active Physical Therapist license for the state where work will be performed.
